This week was all about finding the simplicity within a rose. I chose a Free Spirit Rose because it is any thing but simple. It is very fluffy with many many overlapping layers.
This is a good thing because when I squint and look for value shapes only the essentials stick out. What I have learned so far: Oh how I wish only the essentials stuck out for me in real life. I often get mired down in worries and concerns about things that never come to be. Such a waste of time and energy. I try to get better at not doing this but although I can acquire new behavior easily letting old ones go is much harder for me to do. Is it hard for you too?
