This will be my new studio. I just need to get the floor insulated. We were making good progress until I ordered some online furniture that started "off gassing". It made me sick and that meant it all had to leave as quickly and responsibly as possible. That just happened this morning. Now one more coat of white paint and we can get to the floor issue. The room is about 12x12 so it is smaller than my old studio but the windows are pretty great. I look forward to my new "Disneyland".
What I have learned so far : Only buy from environmentally responsible sources if possible. I did not do my research and that was a mistake.

 This will be my new studio. This week it will be painted white. Base boards will be added. I have shades on order and now I have to figure out furniture arrangement and what to put on the floor. I still need it to be insulated and that is turning out to be the hardest thing to line up and get done. It is not an at home project. So out of frustration I watched a Youtube video yesterday on how to to fix a bath tub faucet and I got that little job done. It is hard to wait for my studio to "happen" but it is going to manifest soon.
Life circumstances have dictated that I must find a new studio space for now. Which of these two possible alternatives would you vote for? Let's call the one on top A and the one under B. |
